Anveshan 3.0 is IIIT-Delhi’s flagship, on-campus hackathon—bringing together six premier research centers to mentor teams in solving real-world challenges across AI, XR, healthcare, quantum tech, and more.

Teams & Eligibility
Team size: 3–5 members
Open to: All IIIT-Delhi students
Problem domains: Choose one of 20 broad domains (e.g., healthcare, sustainability, smart cities, AI, XR, quantum tech)
Selection & Support
Shortlisted teams: ~10–15 teams (≈30–75 participants)
Seed funding: Up to ₹10,000 per shortlisted team
Facilities: Access to AV, Design & Innovation labs, GPU labs
Accommodation: On-campus housing during the sprint
Mentoring: Dedicated mentors & centre coordinators during the sprint

- Centre for Design and New Media (CDNM) - overall coordinator (TCS Foundation Initiative); digital-media tools & UX prototyping
- Centre of Excellence in Healthcare (CoEHe) - healthcare domain expertise
- Center for Quantum Technologies (CQT) - quantum platforms & problem formulation
- Centre for Intelligent Product Development (CiPD) - product-development mentorship
- Infosys Center for Artificial Intelligence - human-centered AI & model deployment guidance
- iHub-Anubhuti (IIIT-D Incubator) - incubation pathways & startup mentoring
Outcomes & Awards
Teams develop prototypes during the sprint; an expert committee selects winners. Top 3 teams receive cash prizes, incubation support, certificates, and goodies.
